The girls who are in off season track will need black shorts.  We will begin weight lifting with the high school off season on Monday.  Have a great weekend!

Due to our Football game on Thursday night the Basketball game against Tatum has been Cancelled for Thursday!!

Off season will begin Monday!  All girls in off season need to dress out in assigned athletic clothes with running shoes.  They are to meet me at the track every day unless announced differently.

Remember anyone interested in White Oak Club Volleyball, there is a meeting on Sunday at 4:30pm in the NMS gym.  I hope to see you there!
